Wire You So Confusing?

Kathmandu, Nepal

"Well, I'm super sorry to hear about your faulty power outlet, Ma’am, but you made the right decision calling Kathmandu Karl and Sons. Just like our ad says, 'We'll have that fixed in no time!"

"As you probably know, the electrical grid here in Nepal can be a tad... confusing, especially since it's not so much a 'grid' as it is a rat's nest of wires strung up nightmarishly on street poles, so to help us out, do you by any chance know what color the wire is that brings electricity into your home? Please don't say gray.

"What's that? Your wire is gray? Okay. Well, we should have that fixed in about 7-10 business days, just as soon as we locate your wire, which should take about 7-10 years.

"Ma'am, calm down, I think you misunderstood our slogan, when we say we'll have that fixed in no time, we mean that there is literally no point in time that this will ever be fixed for you. I apologize if that was confusing... But hey! If you wanna see 'confusing,' you should come and check out this mess of wires!

"Actually, we are thinking of changing our slogan to, 'Just be f*cking grateful for what you have, it's a complete mystery that anyone has any electricity here at all.'"
